As with all things military life, being a military child has its own unique challenges (and let’s not forget you remarkable parents who are raising them!). But when we really started to think about it, we see the military more as a benefit to them than a disservice.
Sure, we worry about deployment and separation, but kids are resilient and they are learning how families can stay connected and love each other despite their location.
That does not happen by accident. Behind every military child are military parents who work hard to enhance the lifestyle that is handed to our kiddos, even before they can appreciate it. We make it our mission to navigate the journey for our whole family when new adventures arise.
Here you will find a list of organizations, web sites, and books that address your unique situation.
