The demand for caregivers has soared in recent years, driven largely by the aging U.S. population. It’s a responsibility that comes with some daunting challenges. Caregivers often don’t have the time or energy to take care of themselves or other family members, they’re more likely to have to miss work, and unsurprisingly, they often report high levels of stress.

We’re coming up on PCS season in the military—that time of year when countless families all over the U.S. (and beyond) get ready to have their life packed up and moved (or if you’re brave, packing it yourself for a DITY). The PCS experience in and of itself can be an intense and even chaotic season of milspouse life, and we here at Army Wife Network have been there, done that—and will continue doing it “moving” forward (Yes, pun intended).
