AWTR Show #822: Memorial Day Special: “Heroes”

Have you ever discovered a talent you didn’t know you had? Or do you have a talent that you’ve known about since birth? Joey was a sports guy who didn’t know he could sing. And Juna started singing at a very young age. This brother and sister country-pop duo recorded “Heroes” on Memorial Day as a thank you to all veterans.

Joey found his talent while sitting in on one of his sister’s lessons. Meanwhile, Juna started performing for her parents when she was young. Being brother and sister, they’re able to harmonize uniquely. And their complementary talents make this pair inspirational.

Their popularity still remains stronger than ever in 2021 with a recent viral video of 5.5 million views on Tik Tok. Juna N Joey first made a name for themselves nationally when they finished as finalists on Nickelodeon’s “America’s Most Musical Family”. She started developing her writing abilities at the tender age of 11. Joey at 18, is also a singer/songwriter, with heartthrob looks and beautiful harmonies. He is also the lead guitarist, sax, and piano player with the band. Juna N Joey are set to release their new self-titled EP produced by Ken Royster (Luke Combs/”Hurricane”) in the new year.
