Welcome to another Army Wife Talk Radio episode! Project Healing Heroes founder and CEO Lt. Col. (Dr.) David Tharp will discuss the organization’s mission of empowering trauma resolution for our nation’s heroes, why it matters, what motivated him to found the organization, and how the organization is fulfilling its mission.

Project Healing Heroes has just released its fourth resource book and started a new, weekly online webinar program. The organization is also developing an exciting trauma treatment program called “Up Armor: Empowering Trauma Resolution” to be launched early next year that integrates faith, family, and fellowship. And, in this new world of social distancing, Project Healing Heroes is presenting the Combat PTSD Virtual Challenge, a virtual 79-mile trek in progress from now until Veterans Day. The purpose of the challenge is to improve mental health and help people all across the country connect virtually with the mission of healing heroes.
