I’m living in Florida and my husband is in Germany. He’s getting out of the Army next year. With all of the insurance laws and changes, does the Army offer any temporary insurance plans? We have a child on the way, and I want to make sure that she’s covered.

I recently found out my husband will be deploying soon. We have three children, and I’m really scared about him going. I have nightmares and crying spells, and though we’ve talked about what I would do if something were to happen, it doesn’t seem to help me feel better. How do I deal with these feelings? I’m a wreck already, and he doesn’t even leave for months. Can you help?

I’m stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas, and my wife is new to the Army. She doesn’t speak English. Her first language is Spanish, and she is trying to find out if there are some English classes available around Fort Riley. We have asked locally and will possibly check into Army OneSource, but if we can get a some more information or help, we will appreciate it.
