Six years ago, after a military PCS to North Carolina from Arizona, I found myself unemployed. I had just graduated with my MBA which I earned while working full-time in Human Resources. With several years of experience under my belt and a master’s degree, I thought finding a job would be simple.
Can you believe that it’s already 2023?! Where did 2022 go?! I want to take a few minutes to talk about Mental Health within our Military Community as we start a brand new year….
I don’t reach out. Well, more so I struggle with reaching out.
That my personal, toxic trait or very large, short coming as a person. There’s a number of reasons I don’t reach out for help due to constantly being let down.
